Although Geoff is a local, he pursued teaching in Australia, Asia, and Europe before returning to Vancouver. Having taught lower primary at both York House and St. John's he is very aware of the sometimes daunting task of getting technology to work in the classroom. After supporting technology integration for many years as a teacher, Geoff switched into a full-time Ed Tech roll four years ago to focus on authentic K-12 technology use within the classroom. Geoff is a certified Apple Foundations Trainer, Apple Distinguished Educator and Google Certified Trainer. He dreams of the day when learning technology skills and appropriate use is supported authentically within all classes. Geoff is married and the father of two active young children.
