Jen Nixon is the current Vice-Principal at Spencer Middle School, a lively school with almost 800 middle years students. She has taught for 14 years in the Sooke District and has now been a VP for two years. Jen is passionate about how design thinking and community social action projects can help change the world for better. She is most interested in building community and helping all learners feel inspired and empowered to follow their own passions.
