As more and more schools move towards 1:1 and student centered classrooms, it is crucial for educators to embrace change and start to modify instructional practices to empower students to be future ready. With a device in their hands, students can take ownership of their learning and work individually and collaboratively as teachers facilitate an engaging classroom environment. A hyperdoc is a document created, that includes tasks and links to external resources in order to foster learning in the classroom. The best HyperDocs are connected to the 4 Cs of collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication. This session will provide an opportunity for participants to learn more about hyperdocs and how to utilize them effectively in the classroom for learning, thinking, and collaborating.
