Google Sites is a great way for students to demonstrate their learning and share it with others. Have you considered if this online content that you and your students are creating is accessible to people with disabilities? This session will walk you through creating Google Sites with accessibility in mind. You'll learn more about accessible design principles such as color contrast, alt text, captioning, and more and how incorporating simple design tips help make the internet a more inclusive and welcoming place for people with disabilities. This session will provide knowledges and skills to build empathy with students and ensure their Google Sites are accessible to an even greater audience.
