Pam Gerrits is a Vice-Principal at Dunsmuir Middle School in the Sooke School District. Pam studied at the University of Victoria and earned her M.Ed, B.Ed, and B.Mus. in Music Education. After several years teaching middle school music in the Greater Victoria School District, Pam took a leap of faith to become a Vice-Principal. This is now her sixth year as a Vice-Principal, with a focus on school culture and student engagement. Pam has worked on the Fine Arts curriculum team and leads a series of district learning sessions for Vice-Principal and PVP pool members.
